ขอบคุณคุณลูกค้าทุกคนที่แวะมาหาพวกเราในงาน Pet Expo ที่ผ่านมานะคะ รวมถึงลูกค้าที่ไม่สะดวกเดินทางมาแต่ยังสนับสนุนและเป็นกำลังใจให้พวกเราผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ 🙏🏼💖
หวังว่าฟรีซดรายแฮนด์คราฟท์ของพวกเราจะถูกใจเด็กๆ โดยเฉพาะ wild-caught salmon ที่เราเริ่มทำมาวางจำหน่ายในงานนี้ 🍣✨
จากใจร้านเล็กๆ ที่เต็มไปด้วยความตื่นเต้นและความกังวล เนื่องจากร้านเราผ่านการออกบูธมาไม่มากนัก และทุกๆ ครั้งที่ออกงานเหมือนเราต้องเริ่ม(รื้อฟื้น)กันใหม่ ทีมงานจำนวนน้อยที่ทุ่มเทและเตรียมตัวกันอยากหนักให้งานออกมาดีที่สุด พอได้เห็นฟีดแบ็กที่ลูกค้าชอบ รวมถึงได้เห็นเด็กๆ เอนจอย พวกเราก็หายเหนื่อยกันเลยย
และในยุคที่อุตสาหกรรมสัตว์เลี้ยงเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว กับความท้าทายของเศษฐกิจทำให้เราพยามก้าวต่อไปอย่างระมัดระวัง แต่เรายังสัญญาที่จะรักษามาตรฐาน ความซื่อสัตย์ ความโปรงใส ในขั้นตอนการผลิตและใช้วัตถุดิบที่มีคุณภาพเหมือนเดิม โดยคำนึงถึงสุขภาพของสัตว์เลี้ยงเป็นหลัก ขอบคุณทุกๆ คนที่ยังสนับสนุนและเชื่อมั่นกันเสมอมา ทั้งลูกค้าเก่าและใหม่ที่ทำให้เรามาถึงทุกวันนี้ ขอบคุณจากใจมากๆ เลยค่ะ

We hope our handcrafted freeze-dried treats will be loved by your furbabies, especially our wild-caught salmon that we recently launched at this Expo 🍣✨
As a small business, this event is filled with excitement and nervousness since we have little experience of attending events and it feels like we have to start (recalling) everything all over again. Our super small team members were dedicating and preparing so hard to make the event as best as we could. By hearing positive feedbacks and seeing furry friends enjoying the treats, it made us feel all the effort was worth it!
In a time that the pet industry is growing in a volatile economic climate, it makes us want to step forward cautiously. We still promise never to compromise our standards and continue to be transparent with our process — as we care your pets so much like ours. We truly thank you everyone who has continuously supported and trusted us, both existing and new customers, who have brought us to where we are today.
