Thank you to everyone who contributed to this spring ‘ s sterilisation action ❤️ . 24 dogs were vaccinated, sterilised and received parasite treatment, mostly younger dogs who were born in the last year and females dogs who needed sterilisation before the next breeding season. Several dogs stayed at the clinic for around a week due to skin infections. The total cost was 31 000 Baht after deducting 5000 Baht contribution by a local hotel transferred directly to Animal Army. We only raised 23 000 Baht this time so we are still 8000 Baht short to cover all costs . Another 6 dogs were brought to Animal Army this morning for sterilisation and vaccination. We found a litter of 7 pups around 20 days old that need to be rehomed urgently as they are flattening the land for a new 7/11. I can help with sponsoring but need to find shelter 🐾 for mum and pups. Another sterilisation day in Soi 10-14 , 6 dogs have been brought to Animal Army Foundation ช่วยเหลือ ปกป้อง ป้องกัน for sterilisation already . We will continue late afternoon when everyone wakes up from their afternoon nap 😴.

With the Christmas period coming up , show your💖 for the Najomtien Soi dogs and help us raising funds to sponsor another vaccination and sterilisation action. Your entire donation will be used to vaccinate, sterilise the soi dogs in Najomtien area Soi 6- Soi 20 with the help of Animal Army Foundation ช่วยเหลือ ปกป้อง ป้องกัน.

February 2022: 82 dogs ( and one cat 🐈 ) were taken to Animal Army to get sterilised and vaccinated

December 2022: 47 adult dogs and 10 pups vaccinated and sterilised with the help of both AAnimal Army Foundation ช่วยเหลือ ปกป้อง ป้องกันand SSoi Dog FoundationNovember -December 2024: 33 adults dog sterilised and vaccinated, another 20 puts were sterilised, vaccinated and rehomed with the help of Animal Army Foundation ช่วยเหลือ ปกป้อง ป้องกัน, Soi Dog Foundation and Josie Hunt

In between these actions, approximately another 20-30 dogs were hospitalised, vaccinated or sterilised by individual supporters in the area. Thank you Valentina Zangiacomi and Andrea. 🐾🐕

This December we want to sterilise another 50 dogs. We have at least 3 new litters in the area and want to sterilise the mums and vaccinate the puppies as soon as possible. Any donation, big or small is helps. If you can help with catching some of the dogs, let me know. We can use all the help!

Today we visited the rescue pups from Najomtien Soi 14 Animal Army Foundation ช่วยเหลือ ปกป้อง ป้องกันw. The pups have doubled in size in 1 week and are looking very healthy AND lively ! The pups need to stay 1-2 weeks in the clinic and then will be ready for adoption. If you are interested , send us a DM or visit them in the Animal Army clinic !

Another weekend out with our dog catchers to sterililise and vaccinate another 11 adult dogs and 10 small pups. One dog with TVT cancer will get treatment at Animal Army Foundation ช่วยเหลือ ปกป้อง ป้องกัน. Two mums and their litter will go to an animal shelter and they will try to find a good home for them. A very hot and humid weekend, we even got stuck in the sand but so happy we made this happen. Thank you to everyone who donated!

Today my daughter and I visited the head office of Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket to talk about our action and ask for more help in the area. They have 1000 soi dogs under their care at the moment and 400 staff on the spot. We didn’t have much time after as we had to run for our flight but managed to cuddle some of the cats 😻! Sorry doggies, see you next time !

Today Amara and I met with NaJomtien council to discuss another sterilisation action in our area . The council will send a team on February 13 and February 14 to sterilise and vaccinate more soi dogs in Soi 10- Soi 16. If you feed any dogs in this area and can help with catching please contact me asap.
