Claire has been part of our journey here since the beginning of February – and over the past two months, she has shown up again and again, helping wherever she could and giving so much to the dogs who need it most.

From cleaning kennels and keeping up with endless laundry to caring for injured dogs and doing the daily work that often goes unseen – she took on everything with patience, strength, and a big heart.

And then, she went even further…
Claire donated a washing machine to help us keep up with the constant laundry that comes with rescue work. It might sound simple, but for us, it’s something that will make a difference every single day.

Rick and Morty: A Mother’s Love, Replaced by Yours 🐾❤️

At just 4 weeks old, Rick and Morty should be curled up, safe and warm, with their mother. Instead, these two brothers arrived at PACS with severe, infected maggot wounds.
It is heartbreaking to witness such vulnerability in babies so young, so our team has stepped in. We are currently working around the clock to clear the infections, manage their pain, and provide the gentle care and comfort they deserve.

They are tiny, brave survivors, but they cannot do this without you.

This Tuesday, April 28, LABracadabra (Arts Movement Lab) is hosting a special creative upcycling workshop in support of Phangan Animal Care for Strays 🐾💛

📍 Right on the street of the Saturday Night Market
🧶 11:00–13:00 → Kitten Toys
🪵 14:00–16:30 → Scratch Pads

They will be turning recycled materials into playful items for stray kittens under our care — helping to enrich their daily lives and keep them active and happy. Some of the creations can also be taken home for your own cats 🐱

There will even be kittens onsite to test the toys in real time ✨

A big thank you to LABracadabra for organising this beautiful initiative and supporting our work with the island’s stray animals 💛

All donations from the event will go directly towards life-saving vaccinations, sterilizations, and medical treatment for strays and feral animals on the island.

A Second Chance for Grizzly ❤️

When Grizzly first arrived at our clinic, we were heartbroken. No animal should ever have to endure the level of pain he was in.

Grizzly had been suffering in silence with a thick elastic band tightly embedded deep into his neck. The wound was truly horrific.

But for Grizzly, the pain ends today. Our team acted immediately, providing the urgent surgical intervention and life-saving care he desperately needed. The road ahead is long; due to the severity of the damage, Grizzly will be with us for the next several weeks for intensive wound management, daily dressing changes, and specialized recovery support.

We are so grateful that we were able to intervene when we did. Now, we are inviting our community to come alongside us in his recovery..

He’s had a very hard Sunday. 🤍

Left injured after a road accident, Brave is now resting under our care. He is proving to be just as courageous as his name suggests. Shoutout to for helping us bring him to safety!

Simon says: HELP ME 🔊

Simon has been a warrior, but behind those sweet eyes, he’s been dealing with a world of hurt.

His chronic eye ulcer was caused by trauma from a barbed wire fence, it has reached a point where medicine can no longer provide the comfort he deserves.

To give him a life free from constant, throbbing pain, our veterinary team has made the difficult but necessary decision to perform surgery to remove the eye.

It’s a big step, but it’s the only way Simon can finally wake up without discomfort.

We are gathering a "Comfort Fund" to cover his surgery and post-op care

Meet Clyde 🐶 He is around 2 years old. He was found tied up with a rope around his neck. As he grew, the rope didn’t… slowly cutting deeper and deeper into his skin. By the time he was found, he was terrified, in pain, and had a deep wound wrapped around his entire neck. No dog should ever have to go through this.
