Tonight I was asked by Claudia to go look for a puppy, Chihuahua, that seemed to be alone and lost. It was advertised on Pets of Hua Hin. Maybe you saw it?
Shawn was worried that the dog would not survive with a nearby pack of stray dogs who are quite aggressive.
It was 7pm already, dark and no street lights there. 😳
A very friendly Thai man nearby (Guard) had a great flashlight, so we walked up and down the street twice and could not find her.
I thought maybe Shawn is a customer of DP, the one who spotted her today and made the post?
I checked all Shawns and yes, I found him 👍
He said he could meet me at 9pm to show me where she was earlier.
So we went again (the friendly Thai man with his great flashlight 🔦 and Shawn.
Suddenly there is a Pick up Truck coming out of the area where Shawn saw her earlier. We are looking for the little dog, they said. They gave us a ride deeper into the forest.
After looking and looking all over the place way back there, the friendly Thai with his great flashlight 🔦 😉 called me and when I went over to him, we saw her all shaky and scared, but saying: Pick me up and get me out of here.
I had a towel with me and wrapped her in it.
AKIRA, (her name) a Chipoo, old girl. Very, very sweet and loving little Doggy.
Mange, and very, very long nails.
At home I gave her food and a bath.
Tomorrow we will go to the Vet and check her blood, cut the nails (black nails 😱) don't want to hurt her. You can see in the pictures how long they are. She will definitely sleep good tonight, not so sure about me. 😂
