Turns out it’s not just her being extra dramatic — spay/neuter surgery shifts hormone levels, and those hormones normally help regulate appetite and metabolism. Less of them = metabolism slows down but hunger signals can actually go up. So Jaja acting like she hasn’t eaten in years? Kind of biologically unfair to her, tbh. 😅

Doesn’t mean free rein on snacks though — just means portion control matters more now, even when the puppy eyes are lying to you. 🥹

อาการหนักค่ะ 🙈💉 อาการสั่นงกๆ เงิ่นๆ ก่อนขึ้นชั่งน้ำหนัก หรือตอนอยู่บนโต๊ะตรวจ ไม่ใช่แค่น้องตื่นเต้นหรือกลัวอย่างเดียวนะครับ แต่มันคือสัญญาณของ Anxiety (ความวิตกกังวล) หรือภาวะตื่นตระหนกจากสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ไม่คุ้นเคย

💡 3 เทคนิคง่ายๆ ช่วยลดอาการสั่นให้น้อง:
สร้างความคุ้นเคย: พาน้องไปแวะร้านหมอหรือคลินิกบ่อยๆ โดยที่ไม่ต้องตรวจ แค่เดินเข้าไปกินขนมแล้วกลับ เพื่อสร้างภาพจำบวก (Positive Association)

เบี่ยงเบนความสนใจ: พกขนมชิ้นโปรด หรือของเล่นชิ้นเก่งไปหลอกล่อตอนรอคิว

ลูบสัมผัสอย่างใจเย็น: เจ้าของต้องสงบนิ่งก่อนนะ! เพราะน้องหมาสัมผัสได้ถึงความเครียดของเรา ถ้านิ่งและลูบตัวน้องเบาๆ จะช่วยให้อัตราการเต้นของหัวใจน้องสงบลงได้ครับ
