It is a reminder about the Mental health day commemoration we had on the 10th October where Seriously Organic Podcast managed to attend and learn more about mental health 💪🏼
The Ministry of Health mentioned that ''there is no health without mental health''🧠, so it is survival, dignity and the foundation of recovery.
Later on Seriously Organic Podcast was able to celebrate the mental health day with lovely presentations from special guests including Eswatini Sexual & Gender Minorities and .
We appreciate the support we had on celebrating this day.

There is a book about Ecology of soil by Nyle C. Brady and Ray R. Weil I would recomend for farmers. As a farmer myself This book has been very educative to me and my farm.

If you want Organic Sustainability in your farm then this is the book for you.
