Paludariums started gaining real popularity in the early 2010s as aquascapers looked for ways to blend emersed and submerged plant growth in a single setup. But the concept dates back much further rooted in 19th century terrarium designs.
I took this photo at Liquid Nature Gallery in Vienna. Still one of the best I’ve seen.

Oophaga pumilio 'Vulture Point'

It's been a busy summer so far, but I'm trying to get back to finishing up some frog edits! This stunning Vulture Point pumilio is a sub-adult. The color of the adults tends to fade to a bit duller orange with age, but they are still great looking frogs.
