Meet Axa, one of our rescue gems🌄
She’s a sensitive soul who’s still learning that the world can be a safe place. City noises and strangers are overwhelming for her right now, and she needs time to trust new people. But in a calm environment she becomes a completely different dog, relaxed, curious, and full of life.

Take her to the forest and she’s in her element: nose to the ground, taking her time to explore, happy to stroll by your side. She loves gentle walks and needs several outings a day, but she’s not the type for intense dog sports, think peaceful hikes or small fun jogs rather than canicross.⛰️

She’s never aggressive, super friendly with other dogs, and listens beautifully when she’s not overstimulated. At home, as long as she’s had her walks, she’s calm and easy to live with. And once she decides you’re “her person,” she gives her whole heart, joyful greetings, tail wags, pure love. 🤍

She just needs patience, understanding, and a quiet environment to let her true personality shine. With the right human, she’ll blossom into the most loyal companion 🌿

Sido has been rescued last weekend from a settlement where she was living in the mud, and fed herself with whatever she could find. She is now living in foster care where she is really really energetic, playfull and enjoying all the cuddles we give her. Like most of the puppies she will need love, patience, play session, regular walks, a lot of naps and some boundaries that she will test. 🤪

For now we don't know how she acts with other dogs and she never met cats as well.
Sido will need to be neutered after her adoption at an appropriate age, this is one of our conditions.

Axa is urgently looking for her forever family! 🏡❤️

Axa is currently in foster care with a kind elderly lady. She’s getting all the care and affection she needs, but now it’s becoming urgent for her to find a permanent home of her own, one that truly meets her needs and helps her thrive.

With her foster, Axa usually goes for peaceful walks in quiet parks or in the forest. This means she hasn’t had many chances to get used to more varied, everyday environments. As a result, she can feel anxious and uncomfortable when overstimulated by noise or crowds. Despite her worries, Axa has never shown any signs of reactivity or aggression, even in stressful situations.

She simply needs a stable, patient human who can guide her gently and help her face the world with confidence. Naturally cautious around strangers, Axa can still build trust surprisingly quickly once she feels safe.

🦴 About Axa
She is around five years old and a Belgian Malinois mix. She was rescued from a romani settlement and found temporary safety with a kind foster. Like most malinois, she is intelligent, loyal, and thrives with structure and consistency. She is anxious around strangers and children, but she is never aggressive.

🐕 Gets along beautifully with other dogs, she speaks perfect “dog language”
🐱 Cat-friendly!
🧘‍♀ More relaxed when off-leash, once she has a solid recall (this will require gentle training)
🚉 Used to car, tram, train, and bus travel
