Here's what a trade show booth looks like from the inside.

One person is deep in a conversation about minimum order quantities. Another is listening to a buyer describe a problem that sounds familiar because we solved exactly that problem six months ago for someone else.

A third team member is refilling the water bottles. Again.

Nobody planned who does what. It just happens, the invisible choreography of a team that knows each other well enough not to need a script.

Someone gives a look that means this one is serious, come over. Someone else gives a look that means I've got this, carry on.
