Prihajamo iz prelepe Zgornjesavske doline Zgornje Gorenjske - iz tukaj tudi izhaja ime naše psarne UPPER CARNIOLA. S prihodom Šetlandske ovčarke Joline, ki nam je zapolnila s svojo ljubkostjo in prisrčnostjo naš vsakdanjik, se nam je porodila želja po vzreji in predstavitvi te čudovite pasme širši slovenski javnosti, kjer Šeltiji še niso dovolj prepoznavni.
