Hi all! We are closed today for the Hari Raya public holiday! Please do stay safe! Any emergencies may be attended to at our headquarters at 2 Jalan Gelenggang. Please call 62517666 for any emergency enquiries.

We are open tomorrow again with normal operating hours, from 930am-1230am, 2pm to 430pm, 630pm to 830pm, last walk in half hour before closing time.

Dearest Pawrents,

Our family at Mount Pleasant East wishes you and your family a Happy Chinese New Year! May the year of the Ox bring us and our fur kids prosperity, health and success!!

We tried to take a nice photo of Marley, Momo, Xena and Toffee, but just like the year of the Rat that we just had, sometimes things don't go to plan, so please excuse their freestyle poses.

🐰 SHOUT OUT TO BUNNY FAMILIES! RHDV vaccines for our rabbits will be available very soon at Mount Pleasant Vet Centre (East).

We are now accepting pre-bookings for vaccine appointments starting from 11 Oct 2020.

✅ Rabbits can be vaccinated from 10 weeks of age.
✅ The vaccine takes 1 week to become effective.
✅ Annual vaccination is required to ensure continued immunity.

5 Facts About Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease:

1️⃣ RHD virus has been detected in a cluster of pet rabbits in Singapore. It is a highly contagious and often fatal disease in rabbits.

2️⃣ It is NOT zoonotic. It does not spread to humans or other animals.

3️⃣ Practise good personal hygiene when interacting with your rabbits and any other animal companions.

4️⃣ Bring your rabbits in for treatment if they appear unwell. Call our clinics for an appointment first so we can be prepared.

5️⃣ Keep our rabbits safe indoors. The risk of RHD is low for rabbits housed indoors with minimal exposure to rabbits from other households.
