Little Zorro came to see us as a kitten with a suspected fungal infection. His owners noticed fur loss and his siblings were experiencing the same lesions. Sure enough , our vet diagnosed him with ringworm.

Ringworm is a fungal infection that can infect many species of animals and humans as well. Ringworm affects the TOP layer of the skin. The lesions appear as hairless, scaly, red rings on the skin. And can be quite itchy.

Fortunately, Zorro is on the way to recovery, with suitable medication onboard ☺️.
