This World Environment Day, we recognise the importance of adopting agricultural practices that conserve natural resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, paving the way for a more sustainable future.

Through innovations such as the RYNAN AWD+ (Alternate Wetting and Drying) and RYNAN MethanEYE, farmers can make more informed, data-driven decisions to optimise water management, lower methane emissions, and minimise environmental impact, while maintaining productive yield.

At RYNAN Smart Agriculture, we remain committed to developing technologies that will play a key role in achieving a greener and more sustainable future.

Yesterday’s conversations with growers gave us plenty of insight into the real challenges happening on farms today especially around pest management, labour shortages, and the need for more efficient monitoring methods.

We’re still here at Booth 191 showcasing our insect monitoring solutions and sharing how automation and real-time field data can help growers make faster and more informed decisions before infestations become serious problems.

If you’re attending Hort Connections and would like to learn more, come by and have a chat with us. Let's connect and exchange ideas 👋

On 21 May, delegates from the Tây Ninh Province, led by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr Phạm Tấn Hòa, visited and held a meeting within our premises in Vietnam at Long Đức Industrial Park, Long Đức Ward, Vĩnh Long Province.

Alongside him were the representatives of the Tây Ninh Department of Science and Technology: Director Huỳnh Thị Hồng Nhung, Deputy Director Vo Buu Viet Cuong, and leaders from the subordinate departments and centers.

During the visit, we introduced our development history, production and business sectors, the company's strategic research centre, and its operational scale. Our focus is primarily on developing models that are used in applications in high technology, biotechnology, green packaging, and digital transformation solutions.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr Phạm Tấn Hòa, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, highlighted the importance for the relevant departments, sectors, and localities to intensify their research and learn from the company's operational model to apply these insights to local economic development effectively.

My farm is thousands of hectares big. What is this 10 hectares going to do?

10 hectares of farm land might not seem much to some, but it can serve as the starting point in your adoption of automated pest control methods.

The RYNAN InSENTINEL (Insect Monitoring System), which has a coverage of at least 10 hectares, is designed to lure and capture relevant insects from the fields, identify and track their population counts in real-time using a high-resolution camera in the system.

For farmers looking to adopt Integrated Pest Management Control methods, this is a good starting point. By focusing more on monitoring and tracking, it is meant to guide farmers to follow more targeted pest control actions instead of blindly spraying pesticides. This reduces overall chemical usage and supports biological controls.

10 hectares might not seem much, but it can be a critical turning point for the future of your farm.

Have a farm and facing pest problems? This can be a starting point for you to adopt pest monitoring technological solutions.
