QQ mummy say she is tolite train. But she sleep on the p*e tray. ( the p*e tray is clean cos she didnt use). QQ is friendly to people but mean to chippy. QQ do not allow chippy to enter the dinning area. Poor chippy.

Reached SPCA chua chu kang at around 12pm. Went reception and inform them that i have found a lost cuwawa. She showed me the below T&C. I felt a bit worried for blacky... will call SPCA on tuesday to check if Blacky have a microchip. If not will be put for adoption. All the best my little friend.
