“It was an immense relief when we first received Tracey’s application to petsit our precious cats, Otis and Britney. From the very beginning, Tracey checked every box on our list. With her warm smile and quiet confidence, we instantly knew she was the right person.

Tracey is exceptionally experienced and organised—everything from her travel plans to the details of pet sitting was handled with ease. What stood out most was how instinctively she understood our cats and their needs. I never felt the need to explain things meticulously; she simply got it. It was incredibly reassuring.

Receiving videos of Otis and Britney relaxed, playful, and completely at ease around her truly warmed our hearts. Tracey is, without a doubt, a true cat empath.

We cannot express how comfortable and stress-free you made us feel while we were away, and we hope the experience was just as positive for you. Thank you, Tracey, for being so wonderful.
