As part of our private cremation service process, we collect pet’s paw print on a card as a way of remembrance and memento. We hope that this little gesture will bring comfort to paw-rents, especially when some days get hard.

Bone picking, in some Asian culture and tradition, signifies respect and it is a deeply emotional and personal experience that allows us to honour the life of the deceased.

As part of our private cremation service, paw-rents may choose to be involved in the bone picking process, and a collection of urns in unique designs are also available for purchase on the spot.

A sacred room filled with love, warmth and fond memories, our indoor columbarium serves as a peaceful final resting place for pets, and doubles up as a quiet respite for paw-rents to pay tribute and respects to their furry loved one(s).

Open daily from 9am – 5pm, paw-rents can visit their pets during this time and are welcomed to bring along any food, toys or other momentos as offerings. For other paw-rents who may be planning ahead for the future, our doors are also open for you to visit and our team are here always to assist.
