Not just one or two of us, it’s our entire team attended a Pet CPR & First Aid certification course and successfully passed the assessment.
In our belief, It is not only about providing excellent customer service, delivering a quality haircut, or creating a comfortable and safe environment. True pet care goes beyond that. It means being prepared, staying knowledgeable, and being ready to respond when pets need us most.
The course covered emergency response procedures, pet CPR techniques, choking management, wound care, heat-related emergencies, and how to recognise early signs of distress. More importantly, it reinforced the importance of staying calm, acting appropriately, and providing immediate care while seeking veterinary attention when needed.
While we hope these skills never have to be used, being prepared matters. Emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and having a team that is trained to respond can make a significant difference during those critical moments.
This certification is not about adding another credential to our wall. It is about continuously improving and reminding ourselves of the responsibility we carry, strengthening our knowledge, and ensuring that every pet under our care is looked after by individuals who take that responsibility seriously.
