🇸🇪 Last day of the Swedish Championships today, and the only one running today is MB Synne, in the B-final, middle distance 🍀

This week has been intense, and MB Synne and Maräng competed on Wednesday too, in Odd Molly's race (492 m) and Run for Fun (320 m).

➡️ MB Synne did a really good race and took the silver medal, just like last year in this race! Another elite time for her 👏❤️

➡️ Maräng participated in a Run for Fun race, and finished outside the podium this time - but Maräng, like always, had some great fun. Another elite time for her too 👏❤️

🇸🇪 Then, the so called consolation finals yesterday: Bad Liar in the C- final, and Maräng in the D-final.

➡️ Bad Liar got a super start, like always, with the fastest split time of the day (2,69). Unfortunately she hadn't the strenght in the hot weather to run like she uses to, and finished on a 5:th place. She is always very affected in warm weather, so I think that stopped her from running her best ❤️

➡️ Maräng on the other hand, surprised me by taking a second position early in her race and keeping it throughout the race, even when she got challenged. Very well done, my "not-a-middle-distance-dog" 🥈!

⭐⭐⭐Finally puppy plans at Kennel Razor Sharp! ⭐⭐⭐

➡️ Wicked Ridge Ashwinder (Kennedy) and Flodaskogens Maräng (Millie) are nice and gentle souls, perfect family dogs and fast on the track.The necessary health controls (heart and eyes) will be made in due time. Our wish is a bunch of nice, healthy puppies some time next year! You can find contact info and more about the dogs in the puppy ad.

➡️ You can also meet us at Borås Greyhound Park next week, where the Swedish Championship (oval track racing) takes place this year. From 19/7 to 26/7 we will be there, and both Kennedy and Millie are going to compete. Hope to meet you there!

Some days are really something to remember - yesterday was one of these days. The rain was pouring down heavily on our way to Alingsås and Mariedal's race track. Another race day in the rain, we thought, and yes, the raining continued... But Maräng and MB Synne started late in the afternoon and suddenly the raining stopped! The sun came, and warmed us up ☀️

And so, finally, my beautiful girl Millie Maräng got the chance to run for her gold diploma, in an even and fast race with Showmaker and MB Trick or Treat. Congrats to you, my fantastic little darling, 11 kg pure power, to your 20:th elite time and to your well deserved gold diploma 🎉 The Swedish Championships are the next competition, and 2026 new adventures awaits - more information about that coming soon...

Maybe more unexpextedly, MB Synne did a very very good race and got her 5:th elite time on middle distance, and the bronze diploma 🎉!! Congrats to my black beauty! Now she's back after heat and false pregnancy, and the next time she will run it will be in the Swedish Championships in Borås 🇸🇪 19-26/7.

Maräng and MB Synne raced in a rainy Borås this weekend, and did very well! Both of them ran middle distance, 492 m. and Maräng took a second place on a m06 time, which is very good for her since she normally runs short distance 🥈

MB Synne likes middle distance - the longer the better - and ran a good race with a good start and an elite time, m04 (her fourth elite time on this distance) Third place for her 🥉

Our 50-years anniversary celebration in Järbo continued on Saturday the 21:th of June, with competing salukis, greyhounds and whippets.

Maräng did a phenomenal race with a really good time, but unfortunately the electronic timing system failed. So she has to wait a bit longet for her gold diploma, since this should have been her twentieth elite time. Second place for her 🥈!

Bad Liar and MB Synne ran in the same race, a full middle distance race that became tight and difficult to navigate in. They finished on 5:th and 6:th place ❤️

Yesterday was truly MB Synnes day! She started out barking to the sound of the mechanical hare in a local radio interview (the reporter was thrilled!) and then she went on to win one of the big races of the day, the Speedy Spider race.

Although we competed at home in Järbo, Maräng and Bad Liar wasn't in the same shape as MB Synne and finished both in 4:th place in their races. They raced against strong dogs that had a better day than they had, so congrats to all of you on the podiums!

It was a fantastic day in Järbo, with perfect weather and lots of people and dogs. We could'nt have had a better start to our 50th anniversary celebration, and it continues all week with another competition on Saturday 🎉

Diplomas for the season 2024. As always am I the proudest owner, trainer and mom of my girls.

- Maräng had a spectacular year and got both bronze and silver diploma from our federation, SHCF. And the gold diploma is not far away... She was also our GHS club champion!

- Bad Liar, in spite of her operation in October, took the third place in our club championship.

- And my little rascal MB Synne, was the best rookie in the club!
