Lovis, my best friend’s heart dog that passed away earlier this summer.
Their relationship was beautiful. Lovis adored the earth walked on and was truly an amazing representative of the dogue de bordeaux breed. She was calm but playful, loyal but loving with new people. She was at ease in all enviroments, with all dogs and all people. She was happy and sweet but so extremely close to my friend that whenever I met her I felt that. She was always friendly, but I always felt like there was ”a wall” around her because she had no need to get close to anyone else, she already had her own heart hooman.
Frida, you gave Lovis the best life and love a dog could ever get. You were the sun in her life, as she was in yours.
To experience such a love is a thing of beauty ❤️

Badass lady!

This is Happy, my dear friend dogue de bordeaux.

Belive it or not but this location is in the middle of the woods. I found it a few years ago and knew I had to photograph a molosser breed there. Very fitting with the B in the back, because B stands for bordeaux.
