This week we welcomed 5 new interns to Yellow Snow! 🐾

Over the coming months, they’ll learn all about dogs, dog behaviour, dog training, and of course what life is like up here in the North.

Having so many extra hands around is a huge help, but even better is the extra time it gives us for the dogs. More individual attention, more walks, more training, and more time to work with each dog’s own personality and needs. 🐕❤️

We’re looking forward to a busy and fun autumn together!

Autumn weather means autumn training! 🍂🐾

A little drizzle, long tongues, mud splashing everywhere and lots of excited barking. All our running dogs were out for a 4 km run today — and they absolutely loved being back on the trails!

The colder, wetter days might not feel like summer anymore, but for the dogs, this is when the fun really starts. 🤎

Meet Buck 🥰

He’s only 9 weeks old, but already has quite the personality. Lots of fur and barks, lots of cuddles, and one very happy little guy ☺️

We picked him up a few days ago from our friends at White Horizon Husky Arjeplog, and we’re looking forward to watching this puppy grow up and become a real sled dog 🐾❤️

Spirit reached retirement last year, and ever since, we kept our ears open for the perfect retirement home. A cosy sofa, endless cuddles, a few beautiful hikes, and nothing else to worry about—that's exactly the life this sweet girl deserves. ❤️

Mara, who has helped at our husky farm twice over the past few years, decided she had room in both her home and her heart for another dog. She travelled all the way from the Netherlands to pick Spirit up.

Now they're exploring more of Sweden together and living their very best lives. We couldn't be happier for both of them. 🥰🐾

Not every day goes as planned. ❤️

Our puppies Lira and Yen visited the vet today, and together with the amazing team at Töre Djurklinik we're still trying to find the cause of their unusual symptoms.

The good news? They're still happy, playful little pups and they behaved like absolute stars during their visit. 🥰

We're giving them the very best care while we search for answers, and we're keeping our fingers crossed. 🤞🐾

Warm days, cold meals

Couple of days ago we froze some nice snacks for our dogs- some fat, some dry food plus some good tasting leftovers made a perfect dish for a sunny day. Not just good for the teeth but also a good entertainment for a short while.
In the meanwhile Toni got the leftovers and some dryfood of the chopping board as here teeth are not state of the art anymore.
