Dogs can bring out passion that was hidden far away, which was the case for me and Nela. She brought to me and opened my eyes to the fascinating world of smells, emotions, body awareness and my own flaws and strengths. Understanding communication, body language and getting more amazed by the power of the nose became a main part of our lives. I am trained dog behaviorist with the focus on communica

tion, emotional state and well-being of the dog. I am constantly keeping my knowledge up to date through polish and international dog trainers workshop and webinars. That was the ground for further development that is now the core of FitNose: Fitness and sensory integration and Nosework. In my offer you can find:
- individual fitness courses with elements of sensory integration
- individual nosework (beginners and advanced. I adapt to level and needs of the team)
- courses/ behavioral consultations with elements of resignation, motivation and play

We were ready to welcome all of you again to have fun with your dog and to start a new activity together but life can say a stop ✋ a big loss for our family that we need to process and take that time to grief.

A bit late thank you for all of you that made it possible for me to help you out with your furry friends ! Activating the noses and brains was the best part of getting to know you. Sometimes one thing has to end to leave a space for something new to grow.

Now the focus is on the family, self and exploring paths of life that are far from the life that I know.

We are back next year with more nosework, fitness and behavioral help so please stay tuned for a little bit longer :)

Back to basics with fitness!

It’s always a good idea to return to the basics, without the fancy equipment: just couple of broom sticks 🧹 yoga blocks 🧘‍♀️ pillows/ books📚
Simple moves like lifting one paw, pivots, sit-stand and cavaletti can work magic for the core and hind legs’ muscles.
