All my dogs used in breeding has an groundly evaluated health, mental status and proven working abilities before breeding.

The main goal of my breeding program is to produce healthy, functional and mentally sound bulldogs with correct temperament suitable for different kinds of dog-sports and as active families pets. All breeding stock are health tested for HD, ED, OCD and Spondylose. We use the Embark panel for genetic diseases and preform mental-evaluations (both MH & MT

) wich is the Swedish standard for breeding evaluations of working dogs. Also all of my offsprings is DNA profiled, Hip/Elbow evaluated and mental-tested before 24 months to get the hole picture of the genetics and health of produced dogs litter by litter. The puppies is brought up in my home and i put allot of effort in their environmental and social training, they live both inside my house and is used to outdoor kennel. I only have litters in spring/summer because its easier to get all the training done in nice weather. The pups also do puppy-tests at 7 weeks before the final selection is done. So there is allot of time, effort, heart and money spent on the few litters kennel excellent produces

Im happy to announce we now have had a breeding taken place between Vinna & Grabben!

It has been some changes along the way with the choise of male to this breeding due to different circumstances but im very pleased with the the final decision that now has been made.

The female ”Vinna” is an german import from Chestnuts Little Indians combination Chestnuts Little Weeko X Gunslinger´s Kill Em All and is almost 4 years old now and this will be her first litter.
Vinna has done 2 temperament tests in different ages and they both shows she is a happy, open minded, friendly and social dog with medium/high hunting interest and very lively temperament as her strengths. She has been living with me until around 1,5 years of age and i have done her work evaluation and titling myself and she is very food driven and has an natural desire to work and good preydrive. She works nicely both independently and has the ”will to please” and she has competed in both nosework, human tracking and some rally obedience. The last couple of years she has been living in a co-owned family and is a loyal, loving and trustful companion i an home with three children in different ages.

The male ”Grabben” is an import from Eagle´s Wing Kennel in USA from the combination EWK´s Flirting with disaster X XtremeBulldogs Revenge of the Tank and is turning 7 years old in September. Grabben is the same sire as to my C-litter that is now this spring fully health and temperament evaluated with pleasing results and just turned 4 years old. Grabben was my primary working dog up to around 3 years of age and we focused our work mainly on rescue search (IPO-R) Unfortunately we stumbled on the finish line to our first competition before Covid-19 closed everything down and after that i needed to change focus to the kennels younger ”up and comings” so we never got the title we worked for in IPO-R unfortunately, but we also competed and got titled in nosework and obedience, and the male now also lives out his days in a co-owned family as an very much appreciated companion and this will be hes 2nd and last breeding.

The male also has done 2 temperament evaluations and hes strengths is hes great nerves, concentration and recovery under the tests that could not check any higher box in the test result scale, and he also got a 5 out of 6 in courage and hunting interest. As to hes working qualities he is a non reactive dog, no dog aggression, very intelligent, works with high motivation and good concentration, even in environments in rescue search were several dogs is working off leach in the same area, he dont get disturbed by other dogs or seeking conflicts and also he never quits a task until its finished and has shown very high moral and work-ability.

Both male and female has full set of teeth, good heat tolerance and clear breathing. The female is bully hybrid with undershot, moderate size teeth and a weight around 30kg and the male is standard hybrid with scissor bite and large teeth and a weight around 38kg. They both have good drive, good on/off switch and shows natural guarding behavior when supposed to, and is otherwise two friendly and social dogs.

My hopes for this breeding is to produce breed typical, stable and strong bulldogs both structurally and mentally that will be suitable for active companionship, show or working purpose were the mixture of qualities from the male/female hopefully will bring good all round sport dogs suitable for different kinds of work and as an outgoing and open minded companion willing to do join whatever activity or adventure is presented for them and with the good health that is required for a long and active life doing so.
And off course since the parents are hybrids the expectations is a variation of standard/bully hybrids in the litter as well.

Nu är C -kullens andra mentalutvärdering gjord och de blir 4 år i slutet på denna månaden. Detta är första kullen som utvärderats med samma typ utav test båda gångerna (BB-gruppens MT första gången vid ca 18 månader, och Hund helt på grensens MT andra gången och det var väldigt intressant att se hur de alla har utvecklats och hur kryssen hamnat mestadels väldigt likvärdigt med föregående test.

Tyvärr var det en hund som uteblev på testdagen och jag inväntar nu att dem skall åka dit och göra sitt test i efterhand och efter det kommer jag göra en sammanställning utav resultaten i kullen.

För jämförelsens skull har markerat föregående test resultat med "O" i dokumentet och dem aktuella resultaten utav testet på videon är markerade med "X"

Här kommer en summering utav helgens Weight Pull Tävling!

Jag måste börja med att säga som många andra att det var en fantastisk trevlig stämning och atmosfär på denna tävling arrangerad utav Svenska Weightpullklubben

Som ny i sporten fick man väldigt fin stöttning och vägledning genom hela tävlingen och jag tackar allra ödmjukast för inputs utav både medtävlande och arrangörer/ansvariga vid de svåra besluten med exempelvis vilken vikt man bör starta på 🤔😄 och hur man avslutar dragen med bästa möjliga upplevelse för hunden ❤️💪

Jag kan inte skryta om att vi varken gjorde några direkt spektakulära drag eller med några imponerande vikter på vagnen, men mitt mål för dagen blev uppnått (Att inte bli diskad) 🤣 och jag är supernöjd med att de till och med ändå lyckades titulera sig på sin första tävling 🤩🥳 Nu tränar vi vidare inför nästa tävling i Juli 💪

Vill även rikta ett stort tack till er som stått ut med mina tusen regelfrågor och träningstips inför denna tävling, ingen nämnd ingen glömd och ni vet vilka ni är 😆🫶

About the Kennel

ABRA registered kennel since 2010. Bought my first American bulldog 2004. The main goal of my breeding is to produce HEALTHY bulldogs, BOTH mentaly and physicaly. Bulldogs that is suitable for different kinds of dog sports. An “allround” sports dog with great strenght, intelligence and currage that is up to any task and shows high dedication to both work and as an companion/familydog . Im not breeding for a certain type/look of the american bulldog and are using both Standard & Classic hybrids in my breeding program to focus on the abilities more than the looks, but offcourse they still fit the breed standard.

This is a Kennel of very small scale, i have for the first 6 years leraned the hard way about our breed and spent allot of time and money importing and training what happends to be non suitable dogs.. In 2010 i had my fist litter and i was very happy with my keeper and the litter over all and have been working and evaluating my male keeper (Excellent´s Against All Odds) for the last 7 years meanwhile i have searched for the right female to breed him with. I finally found the right female (Faithfullbulls Baby Mouse) and had my second litter 2018. This litter were only holding one pup, and i lost him out of heart faliure at three weeks old... And now here we are, in year 2019 and i have now imported a second female (Faithfullbulls Neige) and placed her in coown, and i hope i will not have to wait another 7 years for my next breeding LOL. My dogs health, mental qualities and working abilities are carefully evaluated and proven before breeding and all dogs and offsprings are health tested for HD, Pennhip, ED, OCD, Spondylose, NCL, Ichtyosis, mental tested and DNA profiled.

Im a “picky” breeder and hope it will pay off at the end. I named the kennel “Kennel Excellent” because i whant my dogs to be exactly that, EXCELLENT!! And thats what i will be continue to work on
