At arrival to our clinic our dog will receive
1- A physical check up ( eye ,ear ,mouth , temperature , facial sample, skin, bones and pulse and heart rate )
2- A file in his name (will be filed by the data provided in 1 and 3 )
3- A small list of questions to be filled by the owner to provide a better medical back ground and needs of the pet
