Love is seperate to s*x or even intimacy.

Love your horse as you love yourself.
Or
Mark 12:31, love thy neighbour as you love yourself.

When a word is spoken, the ear hears the word and the heart reacts accordingly.
Negative manifest negative as positive manifest positive.

So when training a horse and you have 4BP Bluetoothed it, you are now infinitely connected, this connection is through energy, so your thoughts and feelings are the horses thoughts and feelings.

You now talk through your heart.

Many people have a portion of their heart …if not all of their heart shut off.

It’s a form of protection in many ways, jilted love, death etc, whatever the case is , it’s to prevent getting hurt again… a portion of your heart is shut down.

We see this in many clinics.

Positive words create positive thoughts that create positive actions.

What we have done in open clinics is have the participants declare they love thy neighbour out loud. This positivity changes the entire crowds mood instantly.

I was unable to tell random people I loved them up until 2017.

The self empowerment is unreal.

If you can’t open your heart to a horse then you will struggle to train it.

This week we have been trialling a new program that specifically opens the heart and connects the human to the horse on a whole new level.

The program came to me in a dream last Friday… all glory to god.

Shay has been experiencing a whole new horse experience.

We are still trialling this procedure for different applications.

Morning Mantra: “The best way to achieve big goals is to take small steps.”

When we look at how far we need to go to reach our goal, it can be overwhelming. It can make you feel like you will never reach it, and so you think, “Why even try?”

Break it down. Break it into small bite sized goals. Little ones you can easily reach.
Each time you do, it will create momentum to keep going.
Instead of trying to walk a mile, walk a block, then two, then three…
Instead of trying to write a book, write a sentence, then a paragraph, then a page, a chapter…
You get the idea.

Everyday just do one small thing. One small step in the right direction. Before you know it you’ll be there.

"As I Began to Love Myself

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.

Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY.”

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody as I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me.

Today I call it “RESPECT.”

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.

Today I call it “Maturity,”

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health — food, people, things, situations, and everything the drew me down and away from myself.

At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism.

Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF,”

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time.

Today I discovered that is “MODESTY.”

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worry about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING is happening.

Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT,”

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally.

Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART.”

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born.

Today I know THAT IS “LIFE”!"
