EVERYBODY SHOULD REALLY TAKE THIS TO HEART!!!

This is an X-ray of a puppy.
Look how far the bones have to grow before they become a real bone joint! This is why you should never let puppies jump, walk up / down stairs, do sports or over do the training. When you spend too much strength at a young age, it can lead to serious problems in later life or even at a young age as hip dysplasia and other orthopedic conditions increase in puppies!
Follow the puppy rule for each month to increase activity by 5 minutes! For example, a 8-week-old puppy only needs 10 minutes of physical activity per day - a 6-month-old only needs 30 minutes of physical activity per day!!
* physical activity includes - walking, exercising, playing fetch, running, playing with other dogs, etc.

Enjoy your new puppy, but remember you wouldn't make sure a 6 month old baby runs a mile a day. So don't do this to your puppies either!
