Tromboembolism aortic.
Pana aici nimic nou!
Cum pacientul nu a citit cartea,desi interventia a fost facuta tardiv,s-a recuperat dar nu total.
Pe langa extractia trombului blocat la nivelul trifurcatiei aortice, s-a extras un altul de la nivelul arterei iliace, care s-a desprins din primul si a migrat.
