Happy Day, Happy Adoption Day for Skipper 🎉❤️

Look who found his forever home, Skipper is one very lucky pup. He had so much interest and we know he has found the perfect forever home, with two "big brothers" to play with 🥰

He's doing great and settling into life as a much loved family member, doing all the usual puppy things and living his best life 🏡

Our 5 Akita's have been in the shelter for two years, they are sweet, loving and gentle dogs but it's just been too long. We were losing hope of finding them their happy ever afters until we posted them online. The amazing people at Second Chance Akita Rescue (UK) reached out and offered to help. It's taken time and planning and much communication but we are now ready to move forward ❤️

Darwin & Ada are scheduled to fly in January. Newton, Ivory & Amelia will follow soon after BUT we need to raise the funds for flights, travel crates and UK import fees.🙏

Can you help us make this Christmas truly special for them, sadly they really have no chance of adoption to the right homes here in Qatar. This is their time to be the chosen ones with a flight out of here 🏡

Happy Day, Happy Double Adoption Day for Leo & Charlie ❤️❤️

Such a lovely sight, two of our youngsters going off to their forever home together 🏡

We love when amazing adopters come along to choose a new family member and we make the decision too hard by having so many gorgeous rescues to choose from 🤣

As shown here, it came down to two, and Leo & Charlie put on their best adopt me faces and won the day, two is always better than one 🥰

Happy Day, Happy International Adoption Day for Pudding (now Jasmine) ❤️✈️

The first of Candy's pups to fly, this very lucky little girl is now safe and sound in her forever home in New York 🎉

Jasmine's forever family say she is loved and adored and has settled really well. She has an older "Doha Special" to show her the way and has already experienced snow ❄️🥶

Days like this are the best, international adoptions take alot of organisation but just look at these first photos, it's all so worth it 🥰

Of course, we had dogs travelling too ❤️✈️

Elmo, Duo, Jameela, Pudding & Safiya flew off the same night as the cats and have now arrived into the safe hands of our friends at NGAP in Philadelphia. We are truly lucky, and so grateful to have such wonderful US partners. They make it possible for so many of our dogs to get their happy ever afters.🥰

4 of these lucky flyers will be available for adoption soon, please reach out to National Greyhound Adoption Programme if your interested in one of rescues 😊

Pudding was a direct adoption, she's now home in NY (post to follow) 🏡

It's amazing to see our rescues heading off to pastures new and as always, thank you to our community who stepped up to cover flights & crates. We simply couldn't do it without you 🙏

Such excitement to be sending 5 lucky cats off to the USA, a welcome change for us to be sending cats ✈️🎉

Salima, Torchy, Freya, Eclipse & Lumphy have all flown and arrived safely into the care of 🥰

Huge thanks to Julia who we connected with during her stay in Qatar. Eclipse & Salima were rescued by Julia from the streets. Freya is from QAWS, Lumphy from Oryx Veterinary Center and lucky Torchy was rescued independently and found a forever home so he joined the adventure to Atlanta 😊

This is the start of something wonderful as we hope to be able to send more in the New Year. Julia has another 5 kittens she rescued, currently with us, waiting to fly when they are ready. ❤️

Thank you for rescuing and fully committing to finding their happy ever afters. What lucky felines they are 🙏

We are looking for a special foster home for a very special boy ❤️

When we rescued Anakin he was shutdown, in pain, long suffering and understandably didn't trust us 😢

The transformation in him is worth every riyal we've spent at the vets, he is like a completely different dog 🎉

Sadly his leg couldn't be saved but having the surgery has turned his life around. He's now slowly accepting all the love, enjoying the company of other dogs, pain free and looking forward to his happy ever after.

He's ready to leave the vets and needs a quiet foster home, someone patient who won't expect too much too soon. He needs someone who can continue to show him life is good and help him on his way to a forever home 🙏

As always everything will be supplied, he's neutered, healthy, chipped, had his first vaccines and is ready to get out of the clinic 😊

Please can someone show him his first Christmas in a home (temporary or permanent) 🏡

Happy Day, Happy International Adoption Day for Jerry ❤️✈️

Lucky young Jerry got his golden ticket and flew to Europe (together with Ameer from PAWS). He's now settling into his new home and looking forward to Christmas with his forever family.🥰

From a small pup, alone and abandoned on the streets, to an amazing foster home who gave him the best start, he's now found his forever home. 🏡

A huge thank you to the flight buddies, offering to es**rt a rescue makes a huge difference and we are truly grateful ✈️

What a day, we were totally overwhelmed by the generosity of the amazing group from the Marriott Business Group Qatar. They were representing some 15 hotels and everyone bought donations.....honestly, our rescues have nicer beach towels and duvets than we do 😂

A huge group of 50+ volunteers walked, cuddled, sat with and totally spoilt our rescues and it was a heartwarming afternoon, enjoyed by all ❤️

We will never stop saying thank you, our community is brilliant and this is what allows us to keep doing what we do. Making a difference, one rescue at a time 🙏

Everyday is different and today we are introducing "Magic" a recent arrival joining the QAWS family ❤️

When Magic was found he was in a bad way, with lots of problems 😢

We reached out to our friends Oryx Veterinary Center who immediately offered to help. Magic was given the royal treatment, including x-rays for a broken leg. He's been given vitamins to help build him up, he's had a beak trim, foot care and a thorough check over and all his care has been sponsored by Oryx, we are truly grateful for your support, once again 🙏

Magic is currently in foster care and doing really well. We would love to find his original owner if possible (proof of ownership by ring number). If not he will be up for adoption in due course. ❤️

How strange are we, these new kennel doors have bought such a huge smile to our faces and given us all a much needed boost.....but more importantly they are clean, safe and making a huge difference to life in the shelter ❤️

With your support we have managed to totally replace 42 of the doors so far 🎉

Now we need to do another plea and try to raise the funding needed to complete the other half (41 doors). We know the holidays are coming and there are lots of requests for help but anything you can spare will help us reach the target 🎯
