The legendary Holsteiner stallion Capitol I, pictured with three of his outstanding sons — Carthago, Cassini I, and Campione. 💙🤍❤️
Capitol I came from one of Holstein’s most respected dam lines, Stamm 173, blending the influential blood of Cottage Son xx and Ramzes AA. Although he never had a competition career himself, his impact as a sire was extraordinary.
He produced numerous Olympic horses and became one of the most important and influential stallions in the Holsteiner studbook, leaving a legacy that still shapes modern showjumping breeding today.
