🐾Delightful Dave🐾

Dave has been with us a while now and we just love taking him on his regular walks as well as staying with him when his human goes away.

Dave is completely deaf but responds so well to hand signal commands. We have learnt all his signals and he is just so unbelievably clever.

Him and Charlotte have such a close bond and he has even been paddle boarding with her.

We are so lucky to have him in our Waggy Tails Family. 🐾

It is so nice when recommendations come through as it shows what a great job we are doing. We are very lucky to have all of our clients and can't wait to meet some new ones.

We are not taking anymore overnight bookings for December. Thank you to all that have booked with us and sorry to those who are just sorting their plans.

We will always do our best to fit in walking/feeding and daycare in for you so if you are planning a big day shopping in the capital or a festive evening out and just need someone to pop by the Waggy Ones then please be touch.

I realised....I should introduce myself.

My name is Danielle and I am, simply stated, an animal lover.
After moving to Portugal in 2021 I realised there was very limited options when it came to finding someone to look after my 4 dogs, 7 cats and 25 chickens. Me and my husband like to visit family in England and I need to know my Waggy (and clucky) family are well taken care of….and so West Coast Waggy Tails was born.

I have 10+ years in the veterinary industry as a Registered Veterinary Nurse which allows a professional approach to pet sitting. With a wealth of experience in Emergency and Critical Care, I can not only administer any medication your pet might need but also come fully First Aid trained should I need to use it.

When I am not at work I enjoy spending time at home with my own animals, playing team sports or heading down to the beach to enjoy the amazing food and weather Portugal has to offer.

I see all my clients animals as an extension of my family so please be in touch if you are in need of pet care/join the 'Waggy Family'
