Farm to cocktail, on the bar at Cusco.

With Highgate, Cusco Bar and Hilton Porto Gaia, Ortus now grows fresh herbs live on the rooftop bar. Picked by the bartender, cut straight into your glass. No delivery box. No fridge. Just the plant and the bartender.

Come taste the difference.

Last weekend was about more than launching Ortus 🌿

It was about the people who made the moment real, the team, the partners, the bartenders, and everyone who came to celebrate with us.

Thank you to everyone who shared a drink, a conversation, and a first taste of what farm to cocktail can become.

Here’s to growing something fresh, together 🥂

This weekend, we planted something real🌿

Ortus is now live at Boeira Garden Hotel Porto Gaia, Curio Collection by Hilton, the first hotel in Portugal with on-site indoor growing.

For the first time, bartenders harvested fresh herbs straight from the bar, bringing farm to cocktail to life.

Freshness should be grown, not shipped.
