🐴 We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced equestrian to join our friendly team at ARC Equestrian Centre – immediate start! 🐴
If you have experience in one or more of these areas, we’d love to hear from you.
🐎 Trek Leader – Leading countryside treks for riders of all abilities.
🏇 Riding Instructor – Teaching children and adults, from beginners through to experienced riders in flatwork and jumping.
🧹 Groom / Yard Team Member – Horse care, mucking out, tack cleaning, yard maintenance and supporting the day-to-day running of the centre.
🌿 Groom / Paddock Team Member – Cleaning stables and paddocks, feeding hay and hard feed, filling water, caring for our horses and assisting with general yard maintenance.
We’re looking for people who:
• Have solid horse knowledge and put horse welfare first
• Are reliable, positive and enjoy working as part of a team
• Take pride in keeping a clean, safe and organised yard
Requirements
✅ Previous horse experience essential
✅ Own accommodation or camper van
✅ Driving licence preferred
✅ Legal right to work in Portugal / EU
📍 Immediate start for the remainder of the 2026 season, with the possibility of a full-time, permanent position for the right person.
