🤔 What's your dog's weirdest habit?

We're talking the ones that make you laugh, shake your head, or wonder "why does my dog do THAT?" 😂

Every dog has their thing. Hugo here has perfected the art of the permanent tongue-out look — part goofy, part "village idiot," 100% adorable. He just walks around like he's forgotten his tongue exists, and honestly, we wouldn't change a thing.

So tell us — what's the most dog thing your dog does?

Drop it in the comments below! Is it a weird sleeping position? A random zoomie at 3am? Stealing socks? Scanning for duck p**p on the morning walk?

We want to hear all about it. 🐕

And yes, Hugo was due for a toenail clip at the time this photo was taken. Please don't judge, haha.

🤔 Did you know...? Our domestic dogs' ancestors ate probiotics and digestive enzymes too — but from the wild.

That's right, when they ate whatever they killed, they didn't just eat the muscle meat (which is what we give them IF we give fresh meat). They ate the bones, the organs, AND the insides of the stomach as well. 🤢

I know it's gross, but that's nature at its finest: everything has a use and a reason.

In today's society, where our "dogs of the wild" are more "dogs of the lounge room," they don't get that opportunity. So it's up to us to fill that gap.

We have 2 options:

1️⃣ Give them whole animals (like rabbit, duck, quail etc.) including the gross inside stuff for meals occasionally

OR

2️⃣ Give them probiotics and digestive enzymes to fill the gap

Which version would you prefer?

Let us know in the comments below: Would you be open to giving your "dog of the wild" a whole animal occasionally? 🐕

A few months. That's what the vet said.

One of our customers was facing every dog parent's worst nightmare — a diagnosis of leukaemia. Their beloved dog was given just a few months to live, and they watched helplessly as their companion lost weight, became lethargic, and lost their appetite.

Then a sister's recommendation changed everything.

They started their dog on Canine Vital Probiotic Plus and Immune Boost. Within a month, something remarkable happened. The weight loss stopped. Their dog's appetite returned. The lethargy lifted. Energy came back.

Six months later? Their dog is thriving. No vet visits needed. The dog has gained weight back — actual healthy rolls again. Moving better. Living better.

This is why we do what we do.

When conventional options feel limited and hope feels fragile, supporting your dog's immune system and gut health can make a profound difference. It's not a cure-all, but it's real, natural support when your dog needs it most.

If your dog is facing a health challenge — whether it's cancer, chronic illness, or just not bouncing back the way they used to — their immune system matters. Their gut health matters. And they deserve support that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Your dog's body is more resilient than you might think. 💚

What health challenges has your dog overcome? Let us know in the comments below!

Meet Hugo. He's 16, and he's taught us what it really means to love an old dog.

We've had Hugo since he was a pup. He was ours before our first son was born, and we love him dearly. And now, in his golden years, he's slower. He sleeps A LOT. He's got half his teeth left, he's 70% deaf (or practicing selective hearing, perhaps), and sometimes he pees in the house. He's got warts and "old man lumps" on his left side from a lifetime of sunning himself on the same spot.

But here's the thing: We love him with all our hearts.

It's a privilege to have him in his old age. A privilege to wake up to his presence, to see him settle into his favorite spot, watch his subtle tail wag as I walk by and give him a gentle scratch under the chin that he likes. To know that after 16 years together, he's still ours and we're still his.

This post is for the old dogs out there. For the mums and dads who love their old dogs fiercely — the ones who don't mind the accidents, who celebrate the slow mornings, who see aging not as decline but as a deepening of the bond.

We want to hear from you. 🐾

Drop a comment and tell us:
✨ What breed is your old dog, and their age?
✨ What's a quirk they have that makes you smile?
✨ What do you love most about having them in their golden years?

Let's celebrate the wisdom, the loyalty, and the pure love that comes with growing old together. 💚

And yes, Hugo's nails were due for a clip when these photos were taken, please don't judge me harshly. 🙂

🚨 DON'T IGNORE THE SIGNS 🚨

Your dog isn't lazy. They're telling you something is wrong.

We see it every single day in our clinic—subtle signs that most dog parents miss because they think it's just normal aging. But it's not. It's your dog's way of saying "something hurts."

Here are the signs that should never be ignored:

✋ Skin twitching or rippling when you pat their back – This is one of the biggest red flags. If you notice their skin shaking or trembling when you touch along their spine, that's nerve sensitivity. Don't brush it off.

🚶 Hesitating on stairs – They used to bound up and down. Now they pause at the bottom, gathering courage.

🛋️ Not jumping on the couch anymore – Instead, they look at you for help. That's not laziness. That's pain.

🚗 Refusing to jump in the car – Especially larger dogs. They WANT to go with you, but their back won't let them.

🏃 No interest in fetch – Their favorite game suddenly feels impossible.

🔄 Arching their back or shuffling their hind legs – Classic signs of spinal discomfort.

Here's what you can do RIGHT NOW to help them:

1️⃣ Give them a gentle massage in the area where you noticed the twitching. Slow, caring strokes.

2️⃣ Help them up when they're looking for it. They're not weak—they're asking for support.

3️⃣ Start them on a spine-supporting supplement. Don't wait. The earlier you catch it, the better the outcome.

DOES YOUR DOG'S BACK TWITCH?

Your dog is counting on you to notice. Don't miss it. 💚

🐾 French Bulldogs: Hilarious Little Clowns (With a Health Reality Check)

Let's be real—French Bulldogs are absolutely adorable. They're goofy, they're funny, they make us laugh, and honestly? Once you have one, you usually end up with two (or three). There's just something about their personality that's irresistible.

But here's the truth we need to talk about: Frenchie's come with a pretty hefty list of possible health challenges. We're talking hemivertebrae,
IVDD
breathing issues (obstructive airway syndrome) elbow dysplasia
hip dysplasia
skin allergies, and sensitive digestion.
The list goes on.

So why do we love them so much? Because they're damn cute, adorable, and they make us smile every single day. And that's exactly why they deserve the best support we can give them.
If you've got a Frenchie (or two, or three 😂), you know the importance of proactive care.

Joint Protect and Spinal Health are designed to support the specific challenges these little legends face.

Drop a comment if you've got a French Bulldog—tell us their name and one thing that makes you laugh! 🐕

✨ 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐂 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐆𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎 𝐈𝐍 𝐃𝐎𝐆𝐒 ✨

This one’s too good not to share — especially during the festive season! 🎄🐾
One of our patients, Dozer, was struggling with really bad gastro. Weeks of medications weren’t helping… until one SIMPLE trick worked wonders.

🩺 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐂? 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬 Think of it as your gut’s magic thickener. Cheap, safe, and it works for dogs - yes, humans too!

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬:
1️⃣ Binds to toxins in the gut, preventing absorption and letting the body safely flush them out. Fast, effective, natural.
2️⃣ Binds to liquids, helping to firm up diarrhoea and thicken stools — quick relief when you need it most.

Where to get it: Coles, Woolworths, or your nearest chemist! 🛒

💡 𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐢𝐩: For even better results, pair it with 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐬 to support gut health and keep tummies happy. 🐾
