💉🐾 Today was VACCINATION DAY at Save A Sato! 🐾❤️

We were so happy to welcome Dr. Carrazo and his amazing team, who once again dedicated their time, expertise, and compassion to caring for our Satos. 🐶🐱
Vaccinations are about so much more than a single day of medical care. They help protect our animals from preventable diseases, keep our shelter community healthier, and give our Satos a stronger chance at finding safe, loving forever homes.
The work of Dr. Carrazo and his team creates an impact that reaches far beyond the shelter. Every vaccinated Sato represents another animal protected, another family given peace of mind, and another step toward a healthier animal community in Puerto Rico. 🌴❤️
We are incredibly grateful for their continued commitment and for helping us give our Satos the healthy, hopeful futures they deserve.

Tego is one lucky little guy! He has found his forever home with a wonderful family of young adults, and we have a feeling he’s going to be the perfect buddy for his new crew. 🐶💕

A new life is beginning for Tego, and his future is looking brighter than ever. We couldn’t be more excited to see all the love, adventures, cuddles, and happy tails that await him. 🏡✨

Estos dos hermanitos los dejaron abandonados en una ruta de alimentación. Los pudieron atrapar porque tienen los ojitos tan enfermos que apenas veían y lo que hacían era correr buscando la comida por el olor, por el olfato.
Ya hoy están en cuido. Pero necesitamos ayuda para comprar comida de buena calidad, húmeda y seca, vitaminas y procurarles atención veterinaria.

He had no one. No water. No space to walk. Just a rope, an abandoned house, and a life that had been forgotten.

The person who found him told us: “There was no one there to give him water. He was tied up with no room to walk. I took off the rope I had put on him yesterday, and he was so thin. That house is abandoned, so I brought him with me.”

They could not keep him, but they refused to leave him behind. And of course, neither could we.

Now he is safe—but he needs a 4DX test, vaccines, deworming, nourishing food, and vitamins to begin recovering from everything he has endured.
