We need fosters as soon as possible to provide a nurturing environment for these precious puppies. Full bellies, vaccinations, worming, and a safe place are just the beginning. We are grateful for the donations received initially, which have helped alleviate some of the expenses associated with caring for eight puppies. However, the costs are ongoing, and we have also invested in fencing to ensure their safety while we pray for fosters, adoptive homes, or other organizations to step in IF they do direct adoption (foster to adopt) situation. Unfortunately, every organization we’ve reached out to is currently full (always the case truthfully). What’s even more heartbreaking is that these puppies are the fortunate ones, as there are at least four pregnant females and another group of nursing mothers with over ten puppies, who will soon be breeding. It’s a challenging and emotional experience making these decisions. I apologize if my passion is overwhelming. The harsh reality is that these puppies are without a permanent home, lacking consistent love and affection from humans, except during feeding and cleaning times. We have four girls and four boys waiting for a chance at a happy life. Can you help us make a difference? Please post, repost, share, donate, foster, adopt, tell five friends, and ask them to spread the word. If you know anyone traveling to Puerto Rico, they can volunteer to be a flight angel. Let’s join forces to provide these innocent puppies with the love and care they deserve.
