Today is the beginning of Sanse, the first day of the San Sebastián Street Festival and the start of a long, beautiful weekend in Old San Juan 🇵🇷
We hope you enjoy the fest, the art 🎨, the music 🎶, the artists, the food, the colors, and the magic of the city. Please buy art 🎨, support your local artists, and celebrate our culture with joy and pride 🇵🇷
At the same time, we kindly ask everyone to be respectful of the residents of Old San Juan and our TNR cats who live here year-round. This is our home.
Also, please do not bring your animals 🐶🐱. These crowds are overwhelming even for many people, and they are extremely stressful and unsafe for dogs 🐶 and all pets. Our Old San Juan community cats 🐱 become very nervous during SanSe, and your awareness truly helps keep them safe 🐾 Enjoy the festival, have fun, take care of each other, and let’s keep SanSe beautiful, joyful, and respectful for everyone 💛🐾

Hoy comienza SanSe, el primer día de las Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián y el inicio de un fin de semana largo y hermoso en el Viejo San Juan 🇵🇷
Esperamos que disfruten del festival, el arte 🎨, la música 🎶, los artistas, la comida, los colores y la magia de nuestra ciudad. Por favor compren arte 🎨, apoyen a nuestros artistas locales y celebren nuestra cultura con alegría y orgullo 🇵🇷
Al mismo tiempo, les pedimos con mucho respeto que sean considerados con los residentes y nuestros gatos del Viejo San Juan, que vivimos aquí todo el año. Este es nuestro hogar.
También, por favor, no traigan sus mascotas 🐶🐱. Estas multitudes son abrumadoras incluso para muchas personas, y son extremadamente estresantes y peligrosas para perros 🐶 y todos los animales.
