Interesting Fact of the day!

Chocolate contains theobromine which is poisonous to some mammals including dogs and cats, CAROB DOES NOT.

Carob is the dried (and sometimes roasted) pod, and not the 'nuts' or seeds, which also contain harmful toxins for both cats and dogs.
Carob is mildly sweet and is used in powdered, chip, or syrup form as an ingredient in cakes and cookies, and as a substitute for chocolate.

Therefore, we will be using it to make tasty treats and toppings! Watch this space!
