The time runs so fast! Adult teeth - adult life? Hmmm... Definitely not! I am still the same baby adventurer :D
Puppies usually lose their teeth between 4 - 6 month of life. Just enough time to discover different tooth tales from around the World! 🌃
In most English-speaking countries (as well as Poland, Germany or Norway), children place a lost tooth under the pillow to happily discover the Tooth Fairy has exchanged it for a coin or two by the morning.
Well known for having strong, evergrowing dentition, rodents play an important role in many of tooth stories.
The charming smile of "La Bonne Petite Souris" will surely welcome You in France.
And do not forget to visit the Ratoncito Pérez (aka Raton Perez, aka Perez Mouse, aka El Raton de Los Dientes) Museum in Madrid, Spain! :D
India, the country of diversity, as always rises to the occasion. While some children throw their tooth onto the roof, asking a sparrow to bring them a new one, other throw their tooth at the sun, hoping for a bright smile in return.
Historically in Asia, kids who lost tooth from the lower jaw will throw it onto the roof, while upper jaw tooth goes on the floor or even under it. The new teeth will be pulled towards the old ones, growing straight and even.
Do You think they forgot our little friends? 🐹 Not at all! Many of Asian children wish the missing tooth to be replaced by the brilliant and strong tooth of a mouse. Sounds like a wise request when one goes missing, doesn't it? ;)
A sky of star shining smiles to You and Yours
