Perfect day to introduce our special boy as its his bday today!
Cosmopolitan Emerald Garden, my Golden Boy, turns 12 years old today!
I planned this movie last year and it took the whole year to take all the shots so before I let you watch and read the 'book' I wrote, haha! I want to thank Fokus Art DOGS for making this possible and for spending his free time on many travels, using up his equipment even on those unused shots, for his hard work on puting this together and for his patience to me as I am not the easiest person to work with... THANK YOU seems not enough! ;* and now...
Everyone who knows me knows I am a perfectionist when it comes to the behavior of my dogs, training them and their cooperation with me and that I get totally furious with details. I am also one of those people who want it now, want it straight away so its not easy being my dog but he doesn't let me feel horrible about myself. He surely is a once in a life time dog. He full fills my dreams in every single area of our life together. He might be a different type then the prefered GR in the ring. He might have faults in anatomy which glare others so much that they see him as a not worthy breeding material. I am aware of those faults but or me they are nothing compared to all his pros visible from first sight. I guess they allowed us to make my dreams possible - we finished Interchampion and had a trip to Crufts. And his moves... Oh my God how I love to watch him move or maybe I should say fly... I retired him last year after our GR holiday in Świerklaniec after some pretty nice ring time :
He started his show career on CACIB Białystok in August 2011 without taking his eyes of me and went through every single show until the very last one this last May on XV Golden Retriever Speciality Show (7.5.2022) also without taking his eyes of me... It was his 4th time on this show always highly placed with wonderful critiques. His first time was in intermediate class under honorable judge Sandra Whelan (who this time judged the girls) and this Saturday we were judged by honorable judge Janis Ward who commented on him: 'Superb boy who fills up the eye, wonderfully balanced, straight topline, excellent bone, sweet but masculine expression, moved like a dream!' to read such words from a breed specialist about my dream boy who was the oldest male veteran dog in his class is a reason to be proud 😍 we really enjoyed our time in the ring, he is a true showman and even though our show chapter was rather bumpy, with more moments of cursung and quiting... there were some shows judged by breeders of our breed and specialists in the field who appreciated Cosmo
