College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Narowal is located at 5-KM Shakargarh Road, Narowal. It has a vast area comprising of 107 acres land where various components (Academic block, Administration block, Boys and Girls hostels, Clinical sciences, Diagnostic lab, Student teaching center, Residential colony for the employees, Beautiful parks, Network of roads connecting all parts of the College)

will be completed very soon. It is pertinent to mention that Department of Pathobiology, Department of Clinical Sciences, Department of Animal Sciences, Department of Basic Sciences and Department of Social Sciences are working in the College. The College will be the state of the art with all modern facilities for diagnosis, treatment of livestock & poultry diseases and also in the field of teaching & research, so that produced veterinarians may be enabled to play a key role in the progress and economy of the country. This college has a good team of experienced and qualified teachers, who are engaged with devotion and dedication in teaching and research.

According to the vision of Worthy vice chancellor, UVAS,Lahore, Meritorious Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus (DLAI, T.I) the students of DVM 6th Semester (Morning & Evening) KBCMA, CVAS, Narowal visited Abedin International (Pvt) Ltd. Slaughterhouse at Raiwind for an insightful industry exposure. Under the guidance of Dr. Muhammad Asif Idrees and Dr. Sulman Ali Taseer, the students observed key operations, including: Animal receiving & lairage management, Large & small animal slaughtering procedures & meat inspection (ante-mortem & post-mortem), debonning, eviseration, chilling, processing, meat testing lab and export preparation.

Graced by Prof. Dr. Rizwan Yousaf, the event shed light on crucial themes like Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), Animal Welfare, and Veterinary Innovations.

Different sports teams of UVAS Narowal Campus made exciting winning positions in various events at the 21st Annual Sports Festival of UVAS, Lahore. The students of UVAS Narowal won many medals, positions, and the rest of the campus students actively participated as spectators to encourage their companions, friends, and teammates. In this regard, Assistant Director Sports, Mr. Maqsood Ahmad Ahmad Rana put his excellence in training the students for this sports gala and also monitored, managed, and supervised many matches at the event-day from the beginning of the ‘Students March’ till the concluding ceremony. He also motivated the athletes, players to keep their morale high in the playground to demonstrate sportsmanship. Special Thanks to Prof. Dr. Rizwan Yousuf and Prof. Dr. Aman Ullah for the moral and technical support at every step. Total 24 positions/ medals/ certificates were grabbed by the Narowal Campus students out of 30 events participations and two winning trophies. Congrats 🎉 to all the Heroes of this sports event

🎉 Celebrating Success Together! 🏆 We are grateful to our Vice Chancellor, UVAS Lhr, Meritorious Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus, for his vision and leadership that has polished us to be able to make events like this possible.
