Successful C-Section Surgery – Dr Babar Pet Hospital, Multan
Today we successfully performed a C-section surgery on a female cat named “Pinki” who was suffering from dystocia (difficulty in giving birth). Due to complications during labor, surgical intervention was necessary to save the mother.
The surgery was performed carefully and Pinki is now stable and recovering well under our supervision. 🐾
Dystocia in cats can occur due to several reasons such as fetal malposition, large fetus, or weak uterine contractions. In such cases, timely veterinary care is very important to save the life of the pet.

A pregnant cat was brought to Dr. Babar Pet Hospital, Multan in critical condition due to complications during delivery. After examination, it was found that a dead fetus was causing obstruction and putting the mother's life at risk.
Our veterinary team immediately performed an emergency C-section surgery to safely remove the fetus and save the mother. Alhamdulillah, the surgery was successful and the cat is now recovering well under medical care.
This case reminds pet owners that if a pregnant cat shows signs like prolonged labor, weakness, pain, or no kitten delivery, immediate veterinary attention is very important.
