🔴CASE:

:

▪️True va**nal prolapse is very rare condition in bitch when compared to other va**nal pathologies like va**nal tumors or urethral tumors which protrude into va**na and obstruct the canal (Manothaiudom and Johnston, 1991).

▪️It occurs majorly near parturition, as the serum progesterone concentration declines and the serum estrogen concentration increases (Koniget al., 2004; Rani et al., 2004).

▪️Under the influence of high serum estrogen levels edematous swelling of the va**nal mucosa may develop (Johnston et al., 2001). This is accompanied by increased va**nal hyperemia and edema occurring during proestrus and estrus due to the estrogen stimulus (Schaefers-Okkens, 2001).

▪️An amplification of this high serum estrogenic response can lead to disproportionate mucosal folding of the va**nal floor just cranial to the opening of urethra, which ultimately results in protrusion of va**nal mucosa from the v***a.

Motor nerve supply: facial nerve.
Sensory nerve supply:
2nd cervical nerve: convex surface.
Auriculotemporal branches of trigeminal nerve( Concave surface).

Hematoma is removed through surgery under general anesthesia.

A goat was brought to the swabi Veterinary hospital having a fish hook stuck at his nose. You can see in the pictures.
While removing constant resistance showed by the goat due to which hook was removed under general anesthesia i.e using imalagamation of ketamine,xylaxine and atropine.

A grey hound dog name rabbit admitted at swabi Veterinary hospital with the history of off feed severe dehydrated.
On examination and blood report infection of CPV and severe load of worms , worms in stool and even worms come out during vomiting.
After 4 days of treatment dog recovered and discharged to home.
