🚨 Yango Courier Complaint – Parcel Marked as Delivered But Never Received 🚨
Yesterday, I booked a Yango courier to deliver a laptop to a friend in Scheme 33, Karachi. The driver never entered the society, yet marked the parcel as delivered.
I called the rider — he answered once, claimed it was delivered, and now it seems he has blocked my number. I haven’t been able to reach him since.

I immediately contacted Yango support — but no response. I even went to their Saddar office today and waited from 10:00 AM to 10:40 AM — the office was closed the entire time.
I’m sharing this publicly because this is not just bad service — it’s borderline theft. The laptop was valuable, and I trusted Yango to deliver it safely.
