may be on getting branded new chairs , they will be ready to leave Department chair of Head and juniors could get a chance ....

.... thinking to take some serious action against all those respectable seniors (in their 70+) to sit at home peacefully , so that their followers .... (60+) could get retired and their followers (40 to 50+) could become HOD and senior AP .... and we could be AP .... and our juniors could be LECTURER ...... !!!!

change is always better.
Really ashamed to see, 70+ old vets (GREEDY) who are even unable to walk properly, availing HEC TENURE TRACK SCHEME and doing nothing but crap .... !

I MADE THIS ID WITH A AIM, PASSION TO UPLIFT PROFESSION OF VETERINARY MEDICINE/SCIENCE .... but what the Hell,
I HAVE AROUND 1000 PEOPLE IN LIST BUT 90 % PEOPLE STATUS is REVOLVING AROUND ACADEMIC ,,,,
YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO ANY OTHER LIFE, WHAT YOU WILL DO AFTER BECOMING SUCH A BOOK WORM, THATS NOT A HEALTHY SIGN.
I AM SORRY TO SAY .... THIS IS A BIG REASON AND HURDLE FOR OTHERS..... WE ARE NEVER READY TO COME OUT OF THAT BOX, WHERE OUR LIFE IS JUST ABOUT DVM, MPHIL, PHD, CGPA ... ETC
when asked practically then hardly 1 % of VETS are able to speak, to express in any language and when we look at the CGPA of the rest 99 % then 4/4 .... !!!!
