๐พ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ค ๐๐๐๐ successfully conducted ๐๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ 5 on ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ 8, 2025 of the Bridging Leadership Training, focusing on feedbacking, facilitation enhancement, and community development programs.
The session opened with a welcome message from ๐๐จ. ๐
๐๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐ก๐ก๐๐จ๐๐ค, the training officer of Campo Vida who acknowledged the groupsโ ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐๐ง๐๐จ๐จ, ๐๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐๐จ, ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ข๐๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ง๐จ๐๐๐ฅ, ๐ฉ๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ , ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐จ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐๐๐ค๐ค๐.
Participants proceeded to the training proper, beginning with a recap on the importance of role play as a tool to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Groups presented through role plays on ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐, ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐, ๐๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐๐๐ค๐ค๐, ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐๐ฃ๐. Performances were critiqued by Campo Vida Team ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ and ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐
๐๐ข๐ณ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ highlighting content clarity, documentation processes, teamwork, and engagement.
Following the presentations, Ms. Pollisco facilitated a reflection activity on ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐๐, ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐
๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐, where groups identified what they had learned, the skills they hoped to enhance, and the attitudes they wished to strengthen or let go. Participants also shared their ๐
๐ค๐ฎ๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐๐จ as teamsโuplifting moments, struggles, and the collective perseverance that continues to move their groups forward.
In the afternoon, ๐๐จ. ๐๐ฎ๐ก๐ซ๐๐ ๐พ. ๐ฟ๐๐ก๐ค๐จ ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ค๐จ, ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐ค๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ง ๐ค๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐-๐๐พ๐๐, led an orientation on DOLEโs programs for community development. She discussed the agencyโs background, the ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ, and the ๐๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐, emphasizing job generation and poverty reduction for vulnerable and marginalized communities.
The session concluded with a calling question addressed to the group leaders, encouraging reflection and direction for the next steps in their leadership and community initiatives.
