This collaboration is designed to implement simple circular gardening practices. We leverage common waste items—specifically, plastic cups, plastic bottles, and spent coffee grounds—to grow food. By reusing and reducing these items, our project contributes directly to enhanced food security.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞-𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 29, 2025.

The activity aimed to equip women’s associations with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop structured, viable, and sustainable project proposals. Two representatives from each association were invited to ensure equal participation, collaboration, and shared learning among groups.

This initiative supports grassroots women in crafting proposals aligned with the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 (𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐄) 𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏 Program, using the official 𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭/𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 as guide ensuring outputs meet agency standards for future funding and implementation.

The session was facilitated by 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫, who provided technical coaching throughout the write-shop. They walked participants through each component of the DILEEP format—from identifying community 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨, 𝙨𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙗𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨, 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙗𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙨. Participants then drafted proposals and received one-on-one and group mentoring to refine content and address technical gaps.

This initiative strengthens the capacity of women’s associations to access livelihood support through well-prepared, needs-based, and fund-ready proposals empowering them to pursue projects that uplift their communities.

𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒐 𝑽𝒊𝒅𝒂, in partnership with the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, facilitated a capacity-building training on agri–aqua food processing and value addition 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 13,2025 . This initiative supports our project, “𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙘 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩,” by equipping women farmers and community producers with practical skills that enhance both nutrition and livelihood opportunities.

During the session, participants developed a variety of products 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐨, 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐞𝐦𝐚, and 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐭𝐞 highlighting the versatility of locally sourced ingredients and their potential for small-scale enterprise.

𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 under the program took part in the training, reinforcing their role as key actors in community-based food security and economic resilience.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 6.1 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 was conducted on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 23, 2025, with the participation of three newly established women’s associations from barangay 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚-𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐨, 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧-𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧. As emerging groups, the associations are in the early stages of organizational development and require structured guidance and capacity-building support from ZABIDA and Campo Vids to assist them in formulating and pursuing their long-term objectives.

The session commenced with welcome remarks delivered by 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐳 of barangay Talon-Talon highlighted his experiences with various Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities. He emphasized the longstanding issues of discrimination and marginalization faced by these groups and underscored the need for continued recognition and protection of their rights.

The morning session featured the “𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞” activity facilitated by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨, Campo Vida Training officer. Ms. Pollisco introduced the activity as a reflective exercise intended to help participants 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨, 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨. She explained that the symbolic river illustration serves as a 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙣𝙚’𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮, with each element reflecting specific experiences that shaped their identity and character. The activity aimed to enhance self-awareness and promote deeper understanding among group members, fostering empathy, trust, and solidarity.

Participants were subsequently grouped into triads, intentionally mixed across different associations. Each participant was allotted time to present and explain her River of Life drawing, allowing others to understand her personal journey and the meaning behind the symbols used. This facilitated sharing of experiences contributed to stronger interpersonal connections and a heightened sense of mutual support.

The afternoon session focused on the 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, specifically Level 1, where all three associations are currently categorized due to their nascent organizational status. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐨, 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, facilitated the workshop and provided an orientation on the initial steps essential for establishing organizational structure and direction. He emphasized the importance of defining a clear 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽) as foundational components of organizational development. The associations were guided in identifying their official group names and drafting preliminary Vision and Mission statements, which will serve as guiding principles for future livelihood planning and collective decision-making.

The session concluded with a reflection period wherein participants expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to undergo leadership and organizational development training. They acknowledged the relevance of the skills and insights gained, noting that the activities provided not only technical knowledge but also an enhanced sense of empathy, understanding, and cohesion within their respective associations. Participants conveyed optimism regarding the future growth and success of their groups as they continue to apply the concepts introduced during the session.

🌴 𝑪𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒖𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆! 🌱

𝘛𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘵 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘰 𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘢, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘵—𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺.

A total of 100 𝐜𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 and various vegetables were planted today at Campo Vida in celebration of the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the participation of 𝐋𝐚𝐬 𝐌𝐮𝐣𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐚𝐧, 𝐉ó𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐚 𝐝𝐞 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚, 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐧𝐮𝐜 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡, the field became a living reminder that peace can start small like a seed and grow through shared effort and care.

Campo Vida hosted the sixth session of the Bridging Leadership Training on 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 15, 2025 which centered on reflective leadership development and organizational capacity-building for women’s associations from partner communities.

The program formally opened with welcoming remarks from 𝐙𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐃𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐂. 𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐬, who introduced the session’s special guest, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆. 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬–𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧. Dr. Simbulan, a renowned author and former 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞, delivered an inspiring message highlighting political awareness and the rights of Filipino citizens. He expressed his readiness to support the women’s associations, particularly in enhancing their project proposals and assisting with research initiatives relevant to their community work.

The morning session was facilitated by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐚 “𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐢” 𝐇𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐚, who began with a brief check-in to acknowledge the participants’ emotional state before proceeding. She then introduced the “𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲” activity, wherein each participant illustrated her personal journey using symbolic drawings representing significant challenges and milestones. This exercise aimed to deepen self-awareness and strengthen understanding of the values that guide them as women leaders.

Participants were later divided into small groups to share and reflect on their drawings. The sharing session allowed them to articulate their experiences, identify common themes in their journeys, and draw realizations from each other’s stories. The activity reinforced solidarity among the women, leading to the shared insight that “𝘕𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥.”

In the afternoon, Ms. Hupida facilitated the 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥, which introduced tools designed to help organizations evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. Through the 𝗢𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, participants were guided in identifying areas that require capacity-building and competencies they can contribute to support other associations. This process aims to foster a 𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩, 𝙥𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 among the women’s groups.

The session concluded with the formulation of action points and feedback from participants. They described the training as both meaningful and insightful, noting that the integration of personal reflection with practical assessment tools enhanced their understanding of leadership, organizational development, and community-based livelihood strategies.

𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙤 𝙑𝙞𝙙𝙖 successfully conducted 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 5 on 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 8, 2025 of the Bridging Leadership Training, focusing on feedbacking, facilitation enhancement, and community development programs.

The session opened with a welcome message from 𝙈𝙨. 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤, the training officer of Campo Vida who acknowledged the groups’ 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙.

Participants proceeded to the training proper, beginning with a recap on the importance of role play as a tool to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Groups presented through role plays on 𝙒𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙂𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜. Performances were critiqued by Campo Vida Team 𝐌𝐫. 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐄𝐋 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 highlighting content clarity, documentation processes, teamwork, and engagement.

Following the presentations, Ms. Pollisco facilitated a reflection activity on 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆, 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆, where groups identified what they had learned, the skills they hoped to enhance, and the attitudes they wished to strengthen or let go. Participants also shared their 𝙅𝙤𝙮𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 as teams—uplifting moments, struggles, and the collective perseverance that continues to move their groups forward.

In the afternoon, 𝙈𝙨. 𝙎𝙮𝙡𝙫𝙞𝙖 𝘾. 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙨 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙨, 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙇𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝘿𝙊𝙇𝙀-𝙕𝘾𝙁𝙊, led an orientation on DOLE’s programs for community development. She discussed the agency’s background, the 𝗗𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, and the 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚, emphasizing job generation and poverty reduction for vulnerable and marginalized communities.

The session concluded with a calling question addressed to the group leaders, encouraging reflection and direction for the next steps in their leadership and community initiatives.
