Urgent Resolution Required for Our Home Construction

Your apologies are noted, but unfortunately, they do not resolve the problems we are facing. Our family is still unable to move into our first home, which was meant to be a place of joy and new beginnings. Instead, this situation has caused significant stress and emotional distress for us, particularly for our children, who were eagerly anticipating having their own home and rooms.
Given the unfinished state of our house, I am requesting immediate action to resolve the following issues:
1. Fixing the leaks and other pending construction concerns.
