The first few hours of difficult labor (dystocia) are critical for both mom and her puppies. Delaying veterinary care can increase the risk of complications, loss of puppies, and even put the mother's life in danger.

⚠️ Watch for these warning signs:• Straining for more than 30 minutes without delivering a puppy• More than 2 hours between puppies• Green or bloody discharge• Weakness, vomiting, or exhaustion

Early intervention can make all the difference. When needed, a Cesarean section can be the safest option for both mom and her puppies.
