A rather not good times these days.
It came to our attention that a rumor has been spreading, that our clinic has been ONLY GIVING BAD SERVICE AND WE PUSH (MAMUGOS) CLIENTS TO DO PROCEDURES.
IT does hurt to hear these kind of things but since its a business its something rather common. IT definitely hurts the business BUT what hurts us most is that PATIENTS ARE DYING BECAUSE OF THESE CHISMIS.
According to our clients ( as this had happened before) the rumor has affected their decision making, thus made them hesitant to come to us for veterinary care, and therefore resulted to death of a patient.
We are not saying we can SURELY CURE YOUR PATIENTS WHEN YOU COME TO US. AND DEFINITELY WE ARE NOT SAYING WE ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS.
WHAT WE ARE SIMPLY SAYING IS - without those malicious rumors, we can give all the possible chances to our pets. It would not stop clients to seek other options ( YES WE ARE STILL AN OPTION).
What we always hear is we are expensive. YES- we wont deny that as we are a private practice without government aid - we stand on our own and have our bills to cover.
But regarding on the BAD SERVICE-
WE WILL NOT DIGNIFY YOU WITH AN EXPLANATION.
We do know who you are but we are not planning anything legal as this is just rather a small issue supposedly- but now, as we hear patients (PLURAL) have died because of this rumor. We hope you find conscience in your actions.
We implore clients both new and old to try our service first before you judge us, as our client who told us this rumor did. And we are proud to share that she did not experience the rumor she had heard - it was the opposite actually. THANK YOU MAAM FOR TRUSTING US AND PROVING THE RUMORS WRONG.
For some who may have experienced bad service, we are sorry if ever you may have feel that way, rest assured we are always trying to improve everyday to give you the best service we can.
In the end of the day business is business. But we hope here at MonteSiaz Veterinary Clinic- that those business mind will not affect patients. Especially resulting to their deaths.
We thank you old and regular clients for the support and we still do welcome new clients.
Happy Labor day to all of us.
Enjoy and keep our pets safe and comfortable.
