Currently looking for an adopter who’s willing to take care of precious Snowy! When Snowy was first reported to us, she was shown to be crying in writhing in pain, which was apparently hit by a motorcycle and left in the sidewalk. The reporter contained Snowy until our rescuer arrived, who then brought her to the vet. At the clinic, she was found to have a hairline fracture and had to undergo treatment.
While she’s now completely healthy and even spayed, the damage caused by the hit and run has left Snowy with permanent nerve damage, thus the reason for her “funny” way of walking. Despite this, however, she is one of our most energetic rescues and loves running around the shelter to play and greet guests.
By creating this video, we hope to show Snowy’s fun and playful side and to attract potential adopters who would like to give Snowy the life she deserves. Given her painful history, we are looking for an adopter who’s responsible and would love her despite any “imperfections” she may have.
If you’re interested in adopting Snowy, please send us a DM on this page so we can start the screening process. You can also help SWS with our daily expenses and rescue operations by donating through the following channels:
