Please be informed to secure the following requirements prior to transport of live pigs:

1. Barangay Certification
2. Veterinary Health Certificate for LGU’s with veterinarian
3.Livestock Inspection Cert for those LGU w/out Veterinarian
4.Local Shipping Permit
5.Handler’s license
6.Transport Carries certification

Documentary Requirements for the Transport of fresh/frozen pork (unprocessed):

1. Meat Inspection Certificate issued by LGU Meat Inspector
2.Official Receipt from the meat stall/meat shop

Documentary Requirements for transport of cooked/uncooked processed pork

1. OR from the meat stall/meat shop

Failure to secure documentary requirements may result from banning of transport and/or confiscation of live pigs, pork and pork related by products.

NOTE: Failure to show the documentary requirements needed upon inspection, you will only be given at least 24 hours to comply with the needed requirements.
