Agri Entrepreneurship Day

Naimbitahan ako kahapon ng Local Youth Development Office at Municipal Agriculture Office ng Juban para maging isang speaker ng Agripreneurship 101 para sa Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 dito sa aming bayan.

Ang layunin ng aktibidad na ito ay para maenganyo ang mga out-of-school youth at in-school youth ng Juban na mag engage sa agrikultura bilang isang pangunahing source of income.

Naging speaker ako at that time upang ibahagi ko ang aking paglalakbay bilang isang agripreneur at pinromote natin syempre ang Young Farmers Challenge at kinwento ko rin kung paano neto binago ang aking buhay.

Paghahanda para sa Kasanggayahan Sorsogon GoConut Trade Fair

Tatlumpung mga negosyante mula sa lalawigan ng Sorsogon ang dumalo kahapon sa La Fhang Resto Grill, Sorsogon City upang pag handaan ang nalalapit na trade fair sa Metro Manila.

Napili ang mga 30 negosyanteng Sorsoganon dahil ang pangunahing produkto na kanilang ibinebenta ay gawa sa puno o bunga ng niyog (𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘯-𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘥),

Dahil ang ating charcoal briquette ay gawa sa bunot at bao ng niyog ay mapalad na napili ang ating agribusiness na makasama sa trade fair sa darating na Setyembre 2026 sa Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City.

Pagkakataon na natin ito para i-promote ang ating produkto na gawa ng Sorsogon.

As part of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Local Youth Development Office of Juban will bring together 25 selected Out-of-School Youth (OSY) for a day of learning, inspiration, and practical livelihood opportunities through agriculture and agripreneurship.

🌾 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝟭𝟬𝟭: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨?

𝗠𝗥. 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲, CEO and Owner of Taboc Agricultural Farm and PIO of the 4H Club Sorsogon Provincial Federation, will introduce participants to agripreneurship and share his own experiences in building an agricultural enterprise.

Participants will explore the benefits, challenges, opportunities, and realities of becoming an agripreneur and how agriculture can become a viable pathway toward livelihood and financial independence.

🪴 𝗨𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗡 𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: You don't need a huge farm to grow something valuable.

𝗠𝗦. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗼 of the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist – Juban will discuss Urban Gardening as a Practical Household Food Production System, showing how limited spaces can still be transformed into productive gardens that support food needs and potentially provide supplemental income.

🍄 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Small space. Practical skill. Potential livelihood.

𝗠𝗥. 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗮 of the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist – Juban will introduce Mushroom Production as a Sustainable Livelihood Opportunity, giving participants a glimpse into how mushroom cultivation can be explored as a small-scale agricultural enterprise.

For our youth, this is an opportunity to discover new possibilities, develop practical knowledge, and perhaps find a livelihood pathway they never considered before.

Busy na naman tayo sa pag fabricate neto. Hindi ko man ituturing na major project pero gagamitin ko ito para mag upgrade. Abangan!

Nag pahakot na naman ulit ako ng 40 sacks ng bunot dito lamang sa amin. Matagal-tagal na naman maubos ito. Pwede ding maubos kaagad if lumakas ang demand ng ating charcoal briquette.
